Cooper Creek Reservoir is located 2.5 miles east of the City of Sutherlin. The primary purposes of this reservoir are flood control, Municipal and industrial water supply and recreation.  At 88 feet high and 500 long. total capacity is 4830 Acre Feet. Drainage area of 4.4 Sq miles.
